ISPs typically only offers a standard cable length, and now longer ship microfilters.  Cables and filters are widely available online.

We received our sky convention kit but cables are not long enough to connect

The 'conversion kit' is a Cat5e ethernet cable: these are widely available in the length and colour of your choice.  Until an ONT is fitted there's nothing to connect it to though.
