No Internet no phone no devices can find router have unplugged router but still not working

@Reannamar if the online connection test inntge MyvSky app overca mobile connection does notvtell you Sky arexaware of the fault call them. Be warned the initial result can be misleading as it reports the last routinectest click to run thectestcagain.
