Also what exactly do you mean by nobody installed the wires at the BT box? If your broadband is working then your phone should be working too. You either need to connect your phone to your master telephone socket or to the back of the hub depending on what package you are on.

I wasnt installed yesterday my broadband hasn't worked from yesterday
And when I had a look at wee box you plug your phone into no wires are connected just a box with wires sticking out of it
