Broadband and internet keeps dropping out
Having trouble with broadband and internet connection. Checked all the connections,reset the router, the router shows 3 green lights but no WiFi. Gone into settings and can see the broadband and internet connections dropping in and out in real time, going from ticks to crosses every 10 to 15 seconds sometimes quicker. Research shows either DSL cable fault, outreach line fault or a faulty router

@Claire1309 Which light is it that keeps going out see the link below, and have you just tried the sky hub off for 5 minutes as a power rest?
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
