Broadband and calls get disconnected

Why do I have to reset my router every week. My broadband and call get disconnected!
 
This is not very convenient!
 
Do I have the rights to terminate the contract without penalty?

Have you reported this to Sky and given them and Openreach an opportunity to investigate and fix it?

How to report to sky all they got is a telephone number. This email address sky @ notifications.contact.sky, they don't even bother to reply.

 

they claimed to be the most popular I doubt it, everything done by senseless robots typical of American company

The internet and call just got disconnected, in order to recover it, I have to reboot the router every week. Is this what they do in case they think u gone on holiday, they disconnected it. I don't see any slander I did, all I want sky to fix it. I can't live having to reset the router every week, , I might as well go somewhere else, it really annoying I am doing something it gets disconnected I have to spend 10 mins to get it back. I am a computer engineer myself and have bt experience

If your landline goes through your router and your having internet issues its not a good idea to use the landline to call Sky because the landline relies on the hub having a connection. Can you not call from your mobile?

Nope: BT Broadband has twice as many users because their brand name is so strong (having been the monopoly UK telecoms supplier for many decades)
