Broadband and Wifi

Sky checker notes a fault on my new Full Fibre line. Prior to this the speed has been no better than copper. More buffering, freezing and Q and mini boxes not talking to each other. Basically, speed to hub is 94 for 3 days over weekend and additionally Wi-Fi is unstable even though it's a new router with a guarantee to cover the house. I've tried the router in 2 places but it makes no difference though that would not affect the speed to the hub down the optic cable.

The 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' involves the loan of up to three mesh booster pods to achieve coverage (although what's actually 'guaranteed' is a small refund if the specified minimum still isn't reached)
