Broadband and WiFi.

I keep getting issues with my broadband connection and with my wi-fi it has been dropping out persistently for a long while. If this keeps happening then I will have no option but to cancel my contract as the service that is provided is not fit for purpose

Which hub do you have, black or white? What do the hub lights show when your WiFi goes down?

 

In case you're not aware, this is a customer to customer forum, you're not contacting Sky customer service by posting on here, what have you done to raise these problems with Sky?
