Broadband and TV not working

Good Afternoon,

 

As of this morning my WiFi and sky TV are not working but everything on the app is showing okay, do you know why this is?

Good afternoon AI diagnostics aren't perfect if the broadband line checker cannot find the fault, then you'll need to phone Sky by mobile phone on 03xxx number, the number is buried in the site for reporting issues when you cannot contact via usual route 150 on home phone to report the fault.
