Broadband and Phone are down!!

Please help, phone and broadband have failed to connected, try rebooting and checking connection nothing makes it reconnect.

Firstly, see what it shows from the following;

To check there are no current outages in your area;

Next, if not, would be worth try running a line test;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

Also, bear in mind that Sky do run maintenance in the early hours, so if it's only gone down in last hour or so, that maybe the reason and it may come back online soon.
