Broadband activation

So I have changed my activation date of my broadband once no problem, no engineer required just an activation. But I'm trying to change it again because dates keep changing of when I'm moving house. But now I can't change it despite talking to two people. Why?

@Steechio although the engineer doesn't have to come iut to your home an activation requires work at the exchange and frequently at the street cabinet if you are on a copper connection. Openreach have a minimum lead time so Sky cannot always get dates changed.
