Broadband activation text but not activated?

Received text this morning to say broadband is activated, but internet light still showing orange, how long does activation usually take? Thanks

Activation can sometimes take until midnight of the actual activation date so you'll need to wait until tomorrow morning to see if it starts working. If not you'll then need to contact Sky

So 10 days later and still no broadband. Sky have sent Openreach engineers twice and both say theres nothing wrong with the line in the house  Its to do with how the account was set up. I Have written a long complaint but as with everyone i speak to, they dont listen or dont read whats written and just want to send another engineer. Im going round in circles and still have no system. Does anyone know who I can contact who would listen, understand and be able to solve?
