My new Sky Broadband activation date is this coming Monday but so far I have had no confirmation for when my hub will be delivered. The Sky app simply states 'expected delivery date as coming soon'.
I don't seem to find any live chat option to assist me. Very frustrating.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHubs are usually dispatched to arrive a day or two before activation or even on the day. I wouldn't expect it before Friday.
