Hi,
My broadband activation date is scheduled for tomorrow (Queens funeral). Im told it will be remotely activated anytime up to midnight.
Will the bank holiday be affecting this date or are remote activations still going ahead? I haven't had any updates on the sky app or through email/text.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sam-not-Samuel I would just plug it in Monday and see what happens. If nothing happens on the Monday then just come back on the Tuesday here and we can direct you on the next steps.

Mine is the same. My activation is today. Received a text saying that it has been activated. Tried to connect it, it didnt work. The power and the wifi light was green. Everything else are not.
unplugged eveything, replugged it again, still not working. Try to use the WPS, still not working.

I take my words back. It is now working! 🙂 i received a text this morning that it was already activated and that i can use it. I tried it but it didnt work.. but just now i tried again, it works 🙂

Received a text around 8am that it was working, a few hours later I tried connecting and all is good. Seems that the hub keeps randomly losing connection to the internet, though as it's the first day of activation I'll monitor it and see how long that continues.
