My broadband was activated at 8 this morning but my hub has no internet light on. Tried every socket in the house (5) and same result from all. Tried resetting router. No joy. I think I need an engineer. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

It can take up to midnight to activate after receiving the sms. Get back to us tomorrow if is still hasn't been activated

Ok, will do. I do have an engineer coming Saturday to sort out sky q tv, if it has t activated will they be able to help? Also, strangely it says the router password is wrong. I should be able to connect to the router even without internet?
