Broadband/Wifi drops out intermittently

For the last week or so I've seen my broadband/wifi drop out across different devices (TV, phone, console, etc). Running the service checker keeps saying that everything's okay, but something's definitely off.

 

I have a black router, and grabbed the router stats but this form won't let me post the copy/paste from that ("Your message contains 1296 998 100, which is not allowed or has been repeated too many times. We block information which can identify you such as account or phone numbers & email addresses. Please remove or change it before trying again.")

 

Help appreciated.

Still very unreliable across multiple devices. Last time this happened the router was replaced - is there a way I can escalate this pls?

I'm still getting patchy connectivity across multiple devices.
