Despite the Sky checker stating that I get 47mb speeds consistently, the reality is far from this. The wi-fi coverage in the house is very poor to the point where the sky stream box in the bedroom if doesn't work, has bad picture quality or is buffering frequently. The same can be said for the main sky stream box in the kitchen. This is a standard semi-detached house, this shouldn't be the case.
Broadband speeds are also inconsistent. If I run my own tests using cloud flare I get speeds that range from 13mb to 42mb, also on the ping can range from 32 to over 200ms which means gaming is virtually impossible. Also the Jitter measurement is far beyond what a consistent connection required for video calling and gaming would need. Video calling and quite often voice calls are impossible or exceptionally laggy.
