Broadband Speeds
Hi there, I recently changed over to a much faster broadband. However, I have noticed no difference whatsoever in speeds, it is still very sluggish. Also, since changing over, my son's telly won't connect to the internet either. Also, I've had a text to send the old broadband back... what am I sending this back in and to where?

Re: Broadband Speeds
@JONNIED80 Sky are asking for old hub back assuming theyvsent youba new one details here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Regarding speeds in your home if you use wifi rather than ethernet cables you msy not notice much difference if your home has poor wifi. Factors thst affectcwifi speeds are
- where the hub is, placing the hub in a corner or worse in a cupboard will reduce signal strength
- the layout of your home the more walks between the hub and the device the worse the signal
- the type of construction of your home, older houses with solid internal walls can be a real problem
- the level of interference from other networks
if you post your hubs connection stats forum members can advise further Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
