Broadband Speeds between 6mbps and 16mbps
As the title says, I've been stuck between 6mbps and 16mbps on my 50mbps line since Christmas, upload speed basically non-existant.
Have tried all standard troubleshooting (resets, different cables, Sky service checker) and no luck. Looking for any slightly more advanced troubleshoot before I contact an engineer. Router state below
Thanks

Re: Broadband Speeds between 6mbps and 16mbps
Something quite wrong with your line as it should be seeing much higher speeds with that attenuation.
If Sky's tools wont let you book an engineer we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep
