Hi,
Any advice welcome, I have Ultrafast plan and have been getting barely any broadband for a couple of days now.
When I do a speedtest it returns results around 2Mbps yet when I check on 'Check my products' on MySky they say all looks good and I have an average speed of 502Mpbs.
I have unplugged the router for 20 mins and reset it but still the same problem.
What can I do to get my broadband working again?
