Broadband Shield isn't strict enough
I have my Broadband Shield on PG (the strictest available) for the sake of family, but not all adult/explicit sites are blocked. TalkTalk WiFi shield was much better. Please may Sky improve this urgently? It's like not having a shield at all.

Realistically, I'm afraid that's not going to happen.
Where a previous ISP had a more effective solution this may be grounds to negotiate exit from a minimum contract term.
