My contract is due to lapse in 3 days and I am wanting to look at renewal options. I currently have a 500Mbps Ultrafast Plus plan.
Strangely, when I look at the renewals options it is only suggesting the 900Mbps plan. Whenever I got on the deals page, it shows 300Mbps, but when I go to proceed, it again shows 900Mbps.
Am I doing something wrong? Will more options be available once my plan has lapsed? I'm actually wanting to downgrade speed.

I suspect the online system is only set up for speed upgrades.
