Internet not working on any device yet three green lights on router

Five times in last three days, I can't watch anything but live tv, catch up isn't working it says not connected. The router still has all three green lights on though. So I go to settings on my sky Q box/tv and it shows I have satellite signal, and it's connected to router, but no internet connection. So I press reset and then hold wps button on router like it says to do so. It says connecting on tv, but then won't/can't connect.  It fixed it past two days, but not today 19th September 2023, and I've tried so many times. The Home Screen says I've no internet also. And it's not working on my mobile either.  Has anyone got any issues the same that they've managed to fix? Thanks.

Broadband down york

Lost connection to internet has now been an hour turned everything off and on checked the connection that's now read all the sky community seems that sky is down all over what's going on

2 green, one orange lights - no internet

For the past hour I have been doing all the checks suggested by the tv and iPad to fix a no internet problem.

Exact same thing just happened to me around 10:35pm UK time.

 

can't get on the app as it's down and because I have a sim with sky I can't access mobile data either (having to use my wife's data plan not with Sky as a hotspot).

 

Pay Sky a fortune for my broadband. Waiting on a partial refund?

Down in Oxfordshire too and service checker down too. App says it's closed for maintenance!  Aggh!!!!

Yeah I've done that too. I need to do it on my router too so my sky stream will work, but that's for tomorrow.

I am in WA2 area and the internet connection has been down since 10pm this evening. It seems others are having the same issue. 

 

I work from work so I hope this gets sorted soon!
