Broadband Price increase not in contract. Should i switch to a new provider (or) Sky has any deals?

My Broadband & Talk contract ended a few months back and i am not on contract. But my monthly bill is increased to £40 but there are good deals available from other providers to switch.  Wondering SKY has any deals for existing customers to get into a new contract ? I don't see any thing available online surprisingly for existing customers!  Any help or tips for a better deal within SKY if i don't want to switch?

@Poor_Custmr  If you are out of contract and you contact Sky to see what they can offer you. If they have nothing that is a better deal with being out of contract you can go with another supplier.
