I have been unable to connect to my wifi for a few hours now. I get the pop up notification from sky that says there may be a problem with your set up in your home. My router is stuck on a slow green flash and when it looks like I've connected I then get a notification that the site is not safe, even when I am just searching google

My internet & voice lights are orange on my router but the power & WiFi lights are green... this started around 12:15am this morning... your contact numbers are useless to get through to talk to somebody so... what the heck is happening...????

There is no connection to the internet. It is NOT an internal fault. There are lots of people in the Sky community saying the same thing.

No internet. Nothing works and Sky seems to think everything is fine on their end. 
2 out of 4 lights are orange.

Internet not working. Online checker keeps saying all looks good, but the router isn't working. So how can it all look good? 

I've reset the router, and also tried turning it off and on again. Along with the Sky Q box. Still not connecting
