WiFi has suddenly cut

WiFi Hub has been working fine for as long as I can remember. WiFi is suddenly gone on all devices.


checked the Service Checker on the MySky app and says that I don't have any connection or WiFi issues. - I have not done anything to the hub so it's very strange. Please help!

Green light on the hub is slowly flashing but I think that is normal?

Same here, Downdetector is showing 100's of people have reported the same issue in the last 5 mins.

We faced a wifi connection issue since around 0:01 am 8th Aug 2025 with no any alarm. Now tried restarting everything but still doesnt work.

WiFi suddenly cut out

Around 10 minutes ago my wifi has cut out service checker tool on app is showing as no connection issue have rest my router but it's still not working! I have already seen several other consumers having the same issue

Internet down but broadband checker and wifi check saying there are no issues, despite no decies showing connected.

No internet

Hi just checked connection it says everything is okay however I have no Internet no cables have been changed and nothing has been touched. I've checked everything and it's all plugged in and reset it but it's still not working

My internet and wifi is showing orange lights and ive checked if there are any outages in the area and theres seems to be none whats going on?

You are saying there's no issue but I have no wifi

Your sky box even says it's not connected, there's no light on the internet section on the router and yet your app says there's no issue. What's the point in the app??

Same issue service checker is showing as no issue however I can see multiple people are having the same issue no wifi it just suddenly cut out tried resetting router switching it on and off but didn't fix the problem, what's going on?!!

No Internet

Looks like the same problem as many others. 

According to the checker, everything is fine and without issues. 

Unfortunately, that's not correct as no internet after several resets.

My box showing orange lights but no Internet. App saying all is fine but its not.
