Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.

 

We apologise for the problem and inconvenience that you may encounter.

 

We can see that the problem has been resolved for most people, however do know that there are is a small amount of customers who are still impacted. If you've reset your hub and continue to have trouble, we'd recommend running a fresh check against service checker to see if it picks up on your problem and provides further support.

 

I'm marking this post as the answer, so everyone has the best information available.

Looks like it's covering the same areas as last time. Been told April 3rd for fix.

Anyone else from this last one lost in it again? Tr9 6 is all down again.

I'm in TR9 6 and mine has only just now gone down at 1740. [removed]

Network dropped off

Hello I seem to be connected to sky but with no Internet or WiFi.... anybody got any suggestions? I've already tried turning router off and then on and unplugging but no joy. Thanks

@john-saf   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Internet not working

Internet has randomly stopped working. 

Hub has green lights for power and wifi, orange for voice and no light for internet

App and service checker are saying we've got full service and 'looks good' but we have no connection at all.
