My internet down for 30 minutes.  Just amber light.  Cirencester Gloucester.  Area search saying no issues

Internet and voice lights went solid orange. Reset router and also switched off at wall and turned back on twice and now osoloda orange light for voice and no light for internet. Power and WiFi lights green

Internet randomly turned off, I've reset the router, unplugged and now there's a red light that wasn't there before. The red light is by the word 'internet'. I've also done checks on your website and it says there are no issues and is working fine but it's clearly not.
