The only saving grace is that I have plenty of mobile data so at least I can watch Ice Road Truckers on my phone! Not the best viewing experience but better than nothing!

Just switch your internet to Virgin Media, Sky are useless when it comes to customer service. I have a sky glass TV and Virgin Media internet. Far less problems internet wise and you actually are given constant updates in regards to when your internet will be back etc... Sky are throwing themselves to the dogs and milking every penny they can get before they are abandoned.

Hi, I've tried the service check - lady update mid afternoon, when I click to check now it says checker service unavailable. It seems there is a broadband outage- maybe the weather? But nothing stated on sky account or internet page (using mobile data). Is anyone else having the same issue trying to find out the issue? Thanks.

Service checker now says outage in area. 
We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner.

Internet running 2mbps meant to be on 500mbps sky tech advisor kept saying if I buy gigafast broadband he will turn my internet back on today. He rufused to check my line and ended the call at 9pm

Broadband not working but sky tests appear with no issues. Reset router still 2 orange lights. Not sure what to do now. Can anyone help?
