Internet been down for 15 minutes now, no amber light I'm in Worcester

It'll be due to this Weather, i was gaming and then suddenly i dropped connection and for 5 minutes my router was flashing green for about 5-6 minutes straight and went red and currently is red. I tried unplugging my openreach box on the wall whatever its called and same with my router but no luck there.

Down in Cheltenham. No real way to get any update from Sky except the useless 'virtual assistant'.

Knowing this shower, they've emailed me, to let me know the broadband is down.

Ran the test. Says there is a problem and you need to speak to us. The number attached is 9 to 5 only and not available in Sunday. Also neighbours are down too but nothing showing about area

GL2 - ours is out too. 

obviously this is a wider issue than just me, likely the entirety of Gloucestershire... the service checker is useless - calling them is useless.
