Same in Hereford. Typically no on available on phones, online tools don't work and the magical button the report problems doesn't exist on the service page as the phone mentions.... Not impressed by sky so far.

Connection issues

My Connection has gone. I was just sat watching TV and the wifi Connection was lost. 

I have restarted and checked my phone and neither can connect to my wifi

Like the above user, my experience with sky regarding broadband has been poor this time round.

A lot of issues earlier in the year that had settled down last few months, but tonight just another annoyance and lack of direction of how to get support.

Service checker was saying it's a wifi issue, but the box isn't connected to sky network via the router page. Must be a sky network issue
