Broadband down

No internet and calling sky doesn't work, not connecting. Keeps dropping out regularly recently. Not impressed to be honest as been with them for years and years and last 2 years has been ridiculously awful and now can't connect and nobody to speak to. Service checker is down also

Hi I have reset my router a few times but an orange light remains in the middle of two green and we have no Internet. Please can you help

Yeah on the openreach box the third lignt is not on for (its supposed to be rapidly blinking). At first my router was blinking green and then i think 10-15 minutes later its now on red.
