Had no internet connection for 40mins, WiFi check says nothing wrong despite no connection

Broadband not working. Went off about 20 mins ago. Tried resetting router to no avail. All sky service says my line is working fine, and as always impossible to get hold of any info out of sky.

Internet went down about 10mins ago, sky status checker is finding no faults, but internet defaults to "self heal".
