I'm in Ripley, Derbyshire and my internet has been down completely since yesterday, as well as many other people in my area having the exact same issue, even with other service providers

Find out moreWith the storms line outages are going to be a common issue as Openreach warned yesterday (see https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2025/01/broadband-operators-warned-to-brace-for-storm-eowyn-on...) if Sky's service checker in My Sky is telling you they are aware of a fault dont bother ringing it is pointless as they wont know any more than the message indicated.
If Sky are not apparently aware of an issue with your line you can try to call to report it but the lines will be horrendously busy.
