If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Same in Twickenham. Dropped aroun 16.50. Still not back at 18 27

Sky knows. On phone to Sky. The engineers are getting many calls from the Twickenham area - there's a widespread outage. A confirmed outage affecting an exchange has been escalated to network team who are resolving as quickly as possible - 1-3 working days!!! He has said it is usually within one day!!!

Last time this happened was around October. Took 2 days to fix.

Thank you, I have tried each thing you mentioned, phoned sky & problem resolved after talking to them for 15 minutes. However it has gone again now so I called again & they've recognised a fault & booked an engineer tomorrow.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with their internet in the NG16 area of Nottinghamshire? Our internet has been down since last night and we either get there is no issue or it's openreach with a "it'll be fixed in a few days".

Internet isn't working for 3 days. All green on a hub. Web check shows "good", sky app isnt working because of "technical difficulties " 🤯
