Me too, in Strawberry Hill side of Twickenham. 2 green lights, 1 orange. Service checker says everything is working.. which it's not.

No internet despite all checks on my sky looking green. 5 other people in my area also saying internet is down. Have reset modem several times. Power on/off etc. TV also cutting out.

We lost Internet connectivity about 30min ago. Is there outage in my area?

Mine has been down for over an hour. Exactly the same symptoms as every one on this forum, Sky service check states my Wi-Fi is fine but my router tellls another story,

On phone to Sky. The engineers are getting many calls from the Twickenham area - there's a widespread outage. A confirmed outage affecting an exchange has been escalated to network team who are resolving as quickly as possible - 1-3 working days!!! He has said it is usually within one day!!!

Same in Twickenham. Dropped aroun 16.50. Still not back at 18 10

Broadband and telephone down. Lights on router orange not green, phone says it has no connection. The service checker says everything is OK but it is out of date. The internet was checked an hour and a half ago - when it was working... the broadband feed back said it was working but the last check was yesterday. Clearly the fault is from the sky or street connection end.

same here. Stopped working at 16h50. Called internet provider and the case is going to their network team. Also in St Margarets.

close enough I guess.
the frustrating bit is that the sky broadband checker says it's "able to contact my hub", while my hub says "DLS down"... I'm guessing that checker is just for show.
I can't seem to find a way to actually report the fault
