WiFi down

My WiFi won't connect & the middle light on my hub is unlit but the test says it's fine.

Re: Internet not working

Mine too. Where are you based? My reboot is producing only 2 green lights on one orange on the router

@Daniel48
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

@Ash3000  @Karenocon   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Re: Internet not working

Twickenham, London - same issue, same orange light on Internet, servuce checker says no problems. Down since 16:50.

Re: Internet not working

Same issue here, ran all diagnostics several times, sometimes comes up amber with "let's improve your speed", sometimes it says diagnostic service doesn't work. Probably something to do with the storm but I'm down in London, not that bad weather here yet.

Overall diagnostics seem a bit useless since by the end I am always connected even though I'm not.
