I have no Sky Broadband in West Devon ATM. (15/12/2024) Anyone else have issues?

In Saltash, Cornwall and nothing, broadband checker has to be connected to WiFi won't work while on 5g so the very thing you need to check the service is unavailable when the service is broken!?

Looks like there is a outage, there are a lot of other people having the same probem

Mine is doing this as well and cannot run a test as connect but no internet

I'm in the south west same issue, came down to red light this morning. Checked all connections and reset now the hub is flashing green slowly... Hopefully it's fixed soon!

Halford in Warwickshire also down. Only switched to them 5 days ago - anyone know how long I have to cancel as it's been a bit pants since I switched

Good luck trying to get through to get speak to someone, online chat is down and there is a half hour wait on the phone

Same issue in SY13. Sky Helpline is extremely busy with an "expected wait of 45 minutes"
