I'm in Suffolk. I asked a neighbour who's with sky and hers is working fine. We've upgraded to the Sky Max Hub earlier this week, I wonder if it's only for the hub users?

The bot won't put you through to chat to an advisor until 8am. Try again then...or it is braving the phones...

Tell me about it. In fairness this is first major issue I've had with sky since I joined them. And only one other outage but that was resolved really quickly.

Mine is also doing this, in Somerset. Tried rebooting several times, still the same. Coverage checker refuses to test as says 'Unavailable'

Me too, lost connection from 02:00 am and still no connection till now (08:00 am) the green light pulsates no solution yet...

Another user in the South West, slow pulsing green light.
the automatic help is not helpful - the service checker doesn't work if your hub's not connected.
