Mine is doing the same- broadband went down at about 2am and the hub won't do anything but flash green...

Same problem here in TQ12.
Just moved to Sky from Virgin for better deal, but I have to say Virgin's customer service was better and at least I could run tests and check problems with them. Nothing seems to work on sky's app.

Mines been doing this exact problem since early hours in the morning, at first it was a red solid light, since resetting all its doing it pulsing green...

I woke up to the same thing. Slow flashing green light and no connection. 15/12/24.
We are in the South West of the UK.
Wondering if it's across the UK, or our region only?

There are several threads ongoing atm, looks like there is an outage. Customer services opens at 8am...the service checker is also down and showing it as fine but there is definitely an issue

In Derby no broadband since 02:30 CCTV cameras all offline tells me the fault time... Sky support line ineffective until 08:00

Im in the midlands, so im guessing it's across the whole uk where people having issues, ive only had the internet for about 2 weeks.. my bill is due next week but if this carries on ill refuse to pay
