Just to let everyone know, I called sky and after 15 minutes on hold was answered and told its a nationwide issue, and should now be fixed. We now have Internet!

Recently joined Sky. All was good then last week connection was poor. Open reach engineer booked but still not been after a week. Now have no broadband at all. Hub just flashes green. Can't use phone to ring sky as connected to hub. Can't use mobile as poor signal. Hoping this is a national issue and will be fixed soon. Either way it's just not good enough Sky. When will this be sorted??

Seems to be back up now, but keeps resetting itself, so might still be an issue. It would be a good idea if Sky put on there website when there are issues. You can go on your mobile phone and check the Sky site instead of trying for hours to get hold of them
