Sky Hub Max not connecting, staying on flashing green light

I've got the same- no internet from about midnight, I restarted the Hub this morning as it was red, now it's flashing green.

Exact same problem here too. We've only just swapped to Sky and it's never been great wifi since, wished we'd stuck with BT!

Surely a wider issue if a few people having the same issue? A friend just told me they had similar problem and turned off for about 10 mins and it started working again! Will try and report back

I'm having the same issue, broadband went off about 2am, it's now doing the pulsing green light thing.Virtual assistant is going round in circles

Having the same issue. Apparently stopped working at 2 this morning, completed a reset and just got a flashing green light for past hour and a half.

So glad I swapped to Sky 🤦

Same issue here - green pulsing light on the sky box.

Do I need to contact anyone, or is this an action issue that's been worked on already?

• I have the same problem, was red when I woke up, switched it off and on again...now just flashing green. I'm in the Midlands.
