Broadband. New router not working as good as previous

We just updated to max but the router connection is not as good as our last. Slower 356 out of 500 plus won't connect to devices further away old one did. Our phones are not working properly either via WiFi call.

Exactly the same for us. Wish I'd never moved to max hub, my old router was much better and definitely faster
