Hi I received notification today that my broadband had been activated but no router/hub has been delivered ?
when I try and use track my order on sky website it asks me to contact Sky in which there is no Sky broadband phone numbers to contact ?
any help of a contact number for Sky broadband orders be great ?

Hello I have exactly the same issue.
The lack of communication from Sky is astounding.
Would love to have my hub dispatched or speak to an actual person.

Same issue. Went live today, no hub. Paid extra for the sky max hub too.
Managed to speak to a real person who passed my issue on to 'Back office staff' whatever that means.
Still no further forward....

Seems to be a common issue. I spoke to someone who was really helpful who confirmed there was "a major incident" which prevented routers being sent out.
Really poor from sky though - no comms from them, this issue must have bee live for atleast 2 weeks at that's when my hub was supposed to be dispatched. If I was communicated this I would have postponed the live date so I could stay with my old supplier for longer - instead I'm without internet for who knows how long! Really, really poor.

I got through to someone.
They were super nice.
But the result was unhelpful.
It is a major issue and was flagged yesterday. They have offered no compensation or timeframe when will be resolved.
Not a good first impression on my contract....
