For the last month my internet has been going on and off on a regular basis, usually in the afternoon and early evenings. Due to having Sky Glass and obviously a laptop and mutiple home systems which require internet connections this is a bug bear. The hub resets itself after a couple of minutes or more but it is still doing it on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, the sky robot goes around in circles and does not let you speak to an agent and i am registered with sky for hard of hearing so i usually use chat to sort things out, so trying to phone is no use to me. any help would be great, many thanks.

I’ve escalated your post to our Community Messaging Team who will get in touch with you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.

Thank you Daniel, i am in contact with the accessability team just now but they dont know what is wrong at present.
