Broadband. I cancelled my Broadband but then changed date from June to August yet still showing can
I changed my cancellation date till August but still showing as cancelled in a weeks time! Not sure why

When did you call Sky to change the date as it might take a few days to update on your account, if it has been more than this then you might want to check with Sky that the cancellation for a weeks time has now been cancelled.
It is to early to cancel for August as you can only give 14 days notice and not a couple of months.
