My line went activate but I had no hub so I called Sky and it turned up a few days later. There isn't much you can do unless you have another spare one that you can use, if not is will be a case of waiting for it to turn up and when it does ring Sky back and ask them about applying a credit to your account to account for the number of days you have had no service.
