Broadband Failure . Openreach have been this morning & confirmed Sky issue at Langley Mill excange.P

Please Help . I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. Thanks , Andy

Unfortunately, the communication between Sky and Openreach is terrible, one will need to chase Sky with the information the Openreach engineer provided you on their visit.
