Broadband Engineer Visit

Hi all,

how do I organise for an engineer to visit my house?  I'm having trouble getting signal in all of the rooms and on a separate issue i can't get wifi calling to work.  I have tried all of the suggested tests etc, so really just need an engineer to visit & get to the bottom of the issues.

Thanks

Do you subscribe to the Broadband Boost supplement on top of your broadband subscription?  That's the qualifying factor for either the loan of booster hardware or an engineer visit.

Help with WiFi calling is unlikely to be covered by Broadband Boost.

@Mark76

As mentioned, you are only guaranteed WiFi in every room if you subscribe to Broadband Boost/Max. Even then you'll first be sent a booster to try before an engineer is dispatched to your home.

Regarding WiFi calling this wont be a support item covered by Sky you need to contact your mobile provider. If your mobile provider is Sky you still need to contact the Sky mobile team not the broadband team.
