Broadband Down AGAIN

Hi. Our broadband is down again. This is the 5th time since installing. When online tests are done it tells me there is no issues but the hub is not working! Only 2 green lights and no WiFi. We came to you because BT did the same! My business is from home and all our security cameras rely on WiFi. Please can you get this resolved,

@KR_King   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

Remember that Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.
