Broadband CANCELLED instead of ACTIVATED after home move
I've been with Sky for over 10 years (over 20 excluding an 18 month blip where we tried Virgin). I waited 2 WEEKS with NO Internet with 2 autistic home educated children aged 10 and 12 only for the night before the activation date someone at SKY erroneously CANCELLING my order instead of ACTIVATING it. I've spoken with over TEN agents at the call centre not one of whom could tell me WHO HOW and WHY this happened and transferring me from one useless department to another none of whom have been able to get me activated. I was waiting for a call back this morning from a lady I spoke to on Friday who assured me Sky took full responsibility and she would get me activated within 24 hours if I just waited until today. No call so I phoned myself went through everything and the agent ignored everything I said including that I have so far spent over £100 out of pocket buying data bundles, told me it had been cancelled (yeah I already know that!) But not to worry she can get me a new order! She kept asking who my previous provider was and I kept reiterating I've been with SKY FOR OVER TEN YEARS!! She just kept pushing through a new 24 month contract even when I kept asking how long i would be waiting for activation as I'd already been waiting TWO AND A HALF WEEKS and she kept dodging the question then happily announced my new broadband would be activated on 23rd July - exact ONE MONTH from the date it was deactivated at my old property ready to be tranferred to my new property. I said this wasn't good enough and asked to be put through to a manager and she REFUSED saying they'd only say the sqme as her then had the AUDACITY to ask me to make sure I gave her a 9 or 10 in the customer satisfaction survey!! Oh and I can phone back once it's activated and ask them to refund the full month I've already paid for Broadband that I have not received!! I am absolutely livid!! I'm now worse off than before with an even longer wait AND locked into a brand new 24 month contract and STILL have NO BROADBAND!! By the time it is activated I'll have paid over £200 in data bundles!!!! I'm appalled at the extreme lack of care Sky have shown and the lack of loyalty to a decades long customer who is not receiving what is in this day and age a VITAL service! I am also unable to utilise the Sky tv package as I am unable to access on Demand tv or use the sky q mini box without internet so I'm not even getting the £97 a month I'm paying's worth of tv!! I honestly don't even know where to go from here!! I just want broadband!! I don't even care about the loss of money at this point if I could just get my services up and running!!!

Yes we had full fibre the new house has full fibre

@DAZZAK1 Just click on the Address Checker top 2nd left and new boxes appear to fill in your address!

@DAZZAK1 Got it all you are good to go, everything is done, ont exist's as far as the records show, if you are in the new home, is it all lit up 3 green lights maybe 2 if no lan connected hub?
